TARC VISION AND HISTORY
TARC, as “Trade Acceleration by Regional Connectivity”, has been envisioned from Christian Roman Gutzwiller as the best solution to develop the African Continent with a High-Speed Rail System for Passangers and Cargo in Sub-Sahara Africa most economic valuable Corridors, in 4 REC´s (ECOWAS, Central-, East- and South Africa) with a total of 24´000 RKm, and with a profitable centrally managed DBFOM (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain) Business Model, driven from Africa´s Diaspora and financed from Africa´s Private Sector out of Africa for Africa.
TARC PGM searched 5 years from 2020-2024 for a solution to get:
(i) acceptance on the Continent and
(ii) the finance out of Africa.
Both goals were acchieved in April 2024, hence the merger and transition to VMH Ltd. UK and the start of TARC ECOWAS+ from Ivory Coast to Cameroon, with VMH/TARC Nigeria in the lead.
